• If you are are under the care of the Royal Sussex County Hospital (Brighton) or the Princess Royal Hospital (Haywards Heath) for a hand or wrist injury please contact the Virtual Hand and Wrist Fracture Clinic on: 01273 696955 extension 64116 or email uhsussex.handtherapyservice@nhs.net. 

• If you are are under the care of the Royal Sussex County Hospital (Brighton) or the Princess Royal Hospital (Haywards Heath) for an injury (excluding the wrist and hand or paediatric patients), please use the form below for the Virtual Fracture Clinic or call 01273 696955 extension 63428.

• If you are under the care of St Richard's Hospital (Chichester) or Worthing Hospital please contact the Virtual Fracture Clinic by email on uhsussex.vfc@nhs.net or call Worthing VFC on 01903 205111 extension 86312 or St Richard's VFC on 01243 788122 extension 35503.

• If you are a patient of an out of area hospital, please contact your local Fracture Clinic. We are unable to offer advice to patients not under our care.
